Updated versions of the Honor MagicBook X14 and X16, powered by Intel Core I5, have been released

Both the new Honor MagicBook X14 and X16 are constructed with aluminum alloy, giving them a premium and durable appearance.

In India, Honor has introduced not one but two new laptops. The new MagicBook X14 and X16 laptops are successors to the prior models with the same names but improved hardware. For example, the 12th generation Intel Core CPUs used in these laptops represent an improvement over their predecessors but are still not the most potent available. Aluminum construction gives the MagicBook X14 and X16 a high-end look and feel while also providing a sense of durability.
CP Khandelwal, CEO of PSAV Global, the company that sells Honor-branded laptops in India, praised the Honor MagicBook X 14 2023 for its “sleek and lightweight design” and “impressive 88% screen-to-body ratio.” The laptop features a 14-inch Honor Full HD display.

Cost of Honor MagicBook X14 and X16 in India

The new MagicBook X14 models start at Rs 48,990 for the 8GB RAM/512GB storage configuration and Rs 51,990 for the 16GB RAM/512GB storage model. However, the 16GB RAM/512GB storage version of the MagicBook X16 costs Rs 53,990, while the 8GB RAM/512GB storage version costs Rs 50,990. With an HDFC Bank credit card, you can save up to Rs 7,000 on your purchase and get an immediate discount of Rs 2,500.

Specifications for the Honor MagicBook X14 and MagicBook X16

The MagicBook X14 and X16 are very similar in terms of performance and features, with the latter being marginally superior. Screen size and screen-to-body ratio vary, but both laptops include Full-HD IPS displays with 16:10 aspect ratios and peak brightness of up to 300 nits. The screen-to-body ratio of the MagicBook X16 is 89 percent, which is significantly higher than that of the MagicBook X14’s 14 percent.

The 12th-generation Intel Core i5-12450H processor, which can be paired with as much as 16 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 512 GB of SSD, is the brains of the MagicBook X14 and MagicBook X16 laptops. Up to 1 terabyte can be added to the storage space. The laptops have 60-Wh batteries that can be rapidly charged to 65W through USB-C. The laptops have two USB-A ports, one HDMI port, and one USB-C port for external devices. Both the MagicBook X14 and the MagicBook X16 feature a fingerprint sensor for extra safety. Number pad keys are included on the MagicBook X16.
