Bollywood superstar Salman Khan was seen visiting the residence of Baba Siddique following the tragic murder of the NCP leader. The entire nation was left reeling in shock after news flashed that Siddique, a close friend of Salman Khan was shot dead by unknown assailants in Bandra on Saturday night.
Salman, who was said to have known Siddique for nearly two decades, reached his house amid tight security.
Videos circulating on social media show the actor coming in a black car with all the windows rolled up; it was followed closely by a police vehicle.

With this incident fresh in mind, security has been beefed up around Salman Khan, and police have also taken to patrolling outside his Galaxy Apartment in Bandra. This comes after earlier threats to the actor’s life, including a shooting attempt outside his residence in April, allegedly linked to the Bishnoi gang.

Amid the tragic incident and security reasons, Salman Khan, according to NDTV report canceled his scheduled shoot for Bigg Boss 18 upon hearing the devastating news, opting to immediately visit the family to pay his respects.

Salman, along with fellow Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty, went to Lilavati Hospital in the evening of the last day (October 12) to meet Siddique, who had been admitted there after the shooting. Unfortunately, Siddique did not survive his injuries; many of his friends and family members were deeply saddened by the news. Actor Zaheer Iqbal also visited the hospital to pay his condolence to Siddique’s family.
Several celebrities mourned the tragic demise of Siddique. Actor Riteish Deshmukh posted on X, “Extremely saddened and shocked beyond words to hear of the tragic demise of Shri #BabaSiddique ji. My heart goes out to @zeeshan_iyc and the entire family. May God give them strength to weather this difficult time. The perpetrators of this horrific crime must be brought to justice”.
