Riddhima Kapoor Sahnifashion designer and entrepreneur who recently appeared as one of the ‘Delhi girls’ in Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives, shared her thoughts on the violence depicted in her brother Ranbir Kapoor‘s film Animaldirected by Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
Responding to an audience member’s question about the legacy of her grandfather, Raj Kapoorand whether his presence today might have influenced the kind of films being made, Riddhima said at the Sahitya AajTak 2024, “There’s a section of the audience who enjoy watching these movies like Animal and Pushpa.If my grandfather was here today, I am sure you’d have seen some remarkable movies by him. But, the audience is watching such movies today.”
She also addressed the trolling she faced after her appearance on the show. “You are here to put your best self out. You work hard and let others do whatever they want to. If someone is happy writing something against you, let them be. You focus on your work and your opportunities,” she said.

Riddhima highlighted her interest in showcasing aspects like her family bonds and yoga practice, describing herself as “the oldest newcomer in the family” and encouraging others to follow their dreams without hesitation.
Reflecting on her life, Riddhima conveyed a deep sense of satisfaction and gratitude. She stated that she wouldn’t trade her life for anything, appreciating the happiness and security she finds in her relationships and expressing daily gratitude for her supportive family on both sides.
