Tesla CEO Elon Musk and Shivon Zilis (top CEO of its brain chip startup Neuralink) got twins in November 2021. On wednesday(July 6), Business Insider reported this news.
In April, Elon Musk and Zilis filed a lawsuit seeking permission to change the twins’ names. The appeal is to change the twins’ names to “dad’s last name” and to include their mother’s last name as part of their middle name. The petition filed is correct by the report quotes court documents as saying.
A Texas judge approves the petition, says the news.
The Summary of Westlaw Legal Research show “On April 25 this year, Musk and Zilis filed a petition to change their name.” Then, on May 11, the judge signed an order to change the names of many children.
The report said, without citing any source, that Zillis has lately been floated as one of the people Musk could tap to run Twitter after hisUS$ 44 billion deal accession.
Zilis, 36, is seen on her LinkedIn profile as the director of Neuralink’s operations and special projects. Musk served as chairman. She joined the company in May 2017. That same month, she becomes director of artificial intelligence projects at Tesla. Zilis worked for the company until 2019.
Zilis is furthermore a board member of OpenAI, an artificial intelligence research firm co-founded by Musk. According to her profile on LinkedIn.
The arrival next twin to Musk. Musk has a total of nine children. Two children with Canadian singer Grimes. The other five children with Canadian author Justine Wilson.
Musk and Grimes get to their second child in December on surrogacy.
Last September, Page Six reported that he and Grimes were “partially separated.”
Musk and Zilis didn’t shortly answer Reuters’ solicitation for remarks.
