Karthik Aryan’s horror-comedy ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3‘ continued its remarkable box office run, closing its fourth week with a domestic collection of Rs 251 crore.
According to reports from sacnilk.com, the film has amassed a domestic total of Rs 249.10 crore. The movie had a phenomenal opening week, earning Rs 158.25 crore, followed by Rs 58 crore in its second week. However, collections saw a decline in the third week, contributing Rs 23.35 crore. The film’s fourth week also saw numbers dip to an estimated total of Rs 11.4 crore.
Despite the decline in numbers, the film has cemented its position as one of the highest-grossing Hindi films of November. Salman Khan’s ‘Tiger 3’ currently occupies the number 1 spot with a box office collection estimated at Rs 305 crore in November. The film which released on November 12, went on to score a lifetime collection of Rs 336 crore, across all languages.
In a major milestone for the star, ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3′ has become Aaryan’s highest-grossing film to date. On Tuesday, Kartik shared the news of the film’s worldwide gross collection crossing the Rs 400 crore mark. Expressing gratitude to his fans, Kartik tweeted, “Everything is possible if the audience is standing by you and believes in your story. Thank YOU. 400 crore paar.”
Directed by Anees Bazmeethe film is a sequel to the beloved franchise and has been lauded for its mix of humour, suspense, and engaging performances. As the film enters its fifth week, it remains to be seen how far it can stretch its impressive run, particularly with the holiday season around the corner and an OTT release still months away.
