Arjun Kapoor confesses having a ‘We Hate Katrina Fan Club’ with Varun Dhawan: ‘We were just upset that she…’

Remember how Katrina Kaif during one of her appearances on the Karan Johar’s talk show said Arjun Kapoor and Varun Dhawan had a hate club name after the actress? Yes, we are talking about the infamous ‘We Hate Katrina Fan Club.’ While many might have forgotten about it, one of the co-founders of the club Arjun Kapoor seems to remember everything, and in a recent interview, he didn’t even confess to having it but clarified the motive behind creating it.
Arjun Kapoor confessed he and Varun Dhawan created a ‘We Hate Katrina Fan Club’ but it wasn’t because they loathed the actress; rather, it was because they felt she didn’t give them enough importance. Katrina who has always been known for her blunt replies, was always very straightforward with the boys, which sometimes didn’t settle down well with them. However, in all seriousness, there is no bad blood among the three stars. If anything, Arjun Kapoor was all praise for how Katrina Kaif’s career has shaped over the years.
“We used to have a ‘We hate Katrina fan club’ which got shut down very fast because we actually didn’t hate her. We were just upset that she used to be very straightforward with us. She used to fire us all the time; she used to not give us any importance,” said the ‘Singham Again’ star Arjun Kapoor.
Further, he mentioned Katina Kaif’s unforgettable presence in ‘Race.’ “I think Katrina came into her own when she did Race, the songs, the way she did them. Also because she is a friend, I could see that film really changed the way you see before how she was in songs and she worked really hard in Race,” mentioned Arjun.
He described Katrina’s performance as impressive and terrific.
Meanwhile, Arjun Kapoor is garnering all the love and attention for his role as ‘Danger Lanka’ in ‘Singham Again.’ His work as a villain in Rohit Shetty’s cop universe has helped him etch his name in millions of hearts.
