He also reflected on how his time with Disney shaped his professional growth.
In an interview with Variety, Nick reflected on his time at Disney, describing it as a creative school that shaped his development. He highlighted how he and fellow young stars like Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, and Demi Lovato grew together during their teenage years. Nick pointed out the long-lasting success and impressive careers that all of them have built since then.

He also commented on Selena Gomez’s Golden Globe nomination for Emilia Pérez, praising Disney’s talent recognition. He noted that Disney’s ability to spot unique talent and integrate it into their system was impressive. However, Nick acknowledged that being associated with Disney sometimes hindered his ability to pursue dramatic roles.
