Riddhima Kapoor Sahni has recently shared her heartfelt admiration for sister-in-law, Alia Bhattemphasizing the actress’ genuine efforts to integrate into the Kapoor family. This revelation comes as Riddhima makes her debut in the reality series ‘Fabulous Lives Vs Bollywood Wives‘, where she discusses family dynamics and relationships.
In an interview with Galatta India, Riddhima expressed her comfort around Alia since she joined the family.She got married to Ranbir Kapoor in April 2022. She stated, “We are very comfortable being around each other. We give them their space. We don’t call them up every single day,” highlighting that Alia consistently makes “a lot of effort with the family”. This natural bond, according to Riddhima, developed organically without any forced interactions.
Alia and Ranbir’s wedding was a private affair held at their Bandra residence, attended by close friends and family members. The couple welcomed their daughter, Ifin November 2022, marking a new chapter in their lives. Riddhima conveyed her unconditional love for Alia, stating, “We love her, we are there for her anytime. So this happened very naturally, this love”.
During the same interview, Alia also shared a playful voice message about Riddhima’s reputation as the family’s gossip expert. She humorously noted that Riddhima possesses all the latest news and gossip, even surpassing Ranbir in this. “If there’s anyone who knows all the khabar in the world, it’s Riddhima. She casually drops the biggest gossip bombs,” Alia remarked. This light-hearted banter showcases the bond between the two.
Alia further praised Riddhima, describing her as “the most kindest, loving, generous human being who only has love to give.” She added that Riddhima is not only an entertaining aunt, but has also played a significant role in teaching Raha various things. Alia expressed gratitude for having Riddhima in her life, stating, “I feel very happy and grateful to have you in my life as the most wonderful sister. I won’t say sister-in-law because you are more than that.”
