The highly anticipated trailer for ‘Singham Again‘ finally released online for fans to feast their eyes on. The clip showcasing an exhilarating blend of action and drama also featured an interesting Ramayana twist.
Directed by Rohit Shettythis film which is the latest instalment in the Cop Universel, marks the return of Ajay Devgn as Singham, Akshay Kumar as Sooryavanshi and Ranveer Singh as Simmba.Another notable star returning to the franchise was Kareena Kapoor Khan who will be seen reprising her role of Avni, representing Sita in this upcoming epic action saga.
During the trailer launch, Kareena expressed her gratitude towards Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn for their unwavering support throughout her career. She said, “Ramayana mein Sita na ho aise ho nahi sakta, Rohit Shetty ki film mein Kareena Kapoor kabhi nahi aise ho nahi sakta.” This assertion underscores her belief that most she has been a part of most of the Shetty’s from ‘Golmaal Returns’ to ‘Singham Returns’ to now ‘Singham Again’
Kareena further elaborated, “Thank you so much to, obviously, thank you to Rohit and to Ajay for always, always supporting me and for giving me always such a special role in this male-centric cop verse and in this film to represent Seetama, I’m very honoured and very overwhelmed.”
She also thanked everyone part of the film and said, “Rohit and Ajay will always be my favourites. I think mere saare fans and everybody knows that. So and of course working with everybody else, Tiger, Ranveer, and my dear friend Arjun and of course Aki who I also love so much.”
‘Singham Again’ features an ensemble cast that includes Ajay Devgn as DCP Bajirao Singham, Akshay Kumar as DCP Veer Sooryavanshi, Deepika Padukone as SP Shakti Shetty, Ranveer Singh as ACP Sangram “Simmba” Bhalerao, and Tiger Shroff as ACP Satya. The film also introduces Arjun Kapoor as the villain and Jackie Shroff in a pivotal role.
