Rohit Shetty assembled his star cast for the grand trailer launch of his next action extravaganza, ‘Singham Again‘.
The star-studded trailer launch also saw the film’s lead cast—Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroffand Arjun Kapoor— making striking entrances in coordinated black outfits while leading lady Kareena Kapoor Khan dazzled in a shimmering gown. However, Deepika Padukonewho plays Lady Singham, was notably absent from the stage.
Director Rohit Shetty addressed the absence of cast members including Akshay KumarJackie Shroff, and Deepika. “Akshay sir is shooting for ‘Housefull’ in London,” Shetty explained to the crowd. He then passed the mic to Ranveer, who took the opportunity to share a message on behalf of his wife and co-star, Deepika.”Mulgi Jhajire!” Ranveer excitedly exclaimed, celebrating the birth of his daughter with the cheering audience. He continued to explain Deepika’s absence saying, “Deepika is busy with the baby. So, she couldn’t come. My duty is at night, so I came.”
Ranveer then dropped an adorable revelation, calling ‘Singham Again’ his baby’s big-screen debut, saying, “There are so many stars in our film, but let me tell you, this is my baby’s debut—Baby Simmba—because Deepika was pregnant during the shooting.”

As the film gears up for its Diwali release, Ranveer also extended his festive greetings to the audience with a heartfelt message on behalf of his family. He said, “So, on behalf of Lady Singham, Simmba, and Baby SimmbaHappy Diwali to all of you in advance. Enjoy the trailer and celebrate Diwali with your family. We just need your love and blessings. Gatpatya Bappa!”
At the box office, ‘Singham Again’ will face off with the horror comedy ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’, directed by Anees Bazmee.
