Hina Khan walks the ramp for Manish Malhotra amidst breast cancer battle; says ‘Chemo is very hard but I put in my efforts’ |

Actor Hina Khanwho is currently undergoing treatment for breast cancerrecently made a powerful appearance on the ramp for designer Manish Malhotra at an event in the city. Dressed in a light pink traditional outfit, she participated in the show dedicated to celebrating courage, service, and heritage.
The beauty stunned in a gorgeous pink ensemble with gold detailing. Prior to hitting the runway, the actress took to her handle to share her excitement about show saying, “It’s a celebration of life and resilience.Excited to be part of this.”

After her grand walk down the ramp, Hina addressed the media and said, “This event has been organised specially to salute the spirit of India. We are all going through something or have survived something; we are all survivors…”
Opening up about her battle with cancer, she said, “I am fighting the battle and one day I will also be a survivor…this walk is a walk of courage, service and heritage. My journey is not easy…the chemo is very hard but I put in my efforts and God also gives me the spirit to bounce back.”

Hina was joined by fellow cancer survivors Sonali Bendreand Tahira Kashyapwho also walked the ramp in Manish Malhotra creations. The event also saw ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3

‘ stars Kartik Aaryan and Triptych Winter turning show-stoppers for the event organised by the Indian Minorities Foundation.
The actress also took to her Instagram stories to share a photo with the fashion designer and wrote, “Thank you Manish… I feel stronger.”

Fans of the actress also took to social media to cheer her on and praise her for this power move. “She is such a warrior” a fan said.

Back in June, Hina made headlines when she went public about her stage three breast cancer diagnosis. In a post on her social media handles, she wrote, “Despite this challenging diagnosis, I want to reassure everyone that I am doing well. I am strong, determined and fully committed to overcoming this disease. My treatment has already begun and I am ready to do everything necessary to emerge from this even stronger.”
